If you have a discount code (from a e-mail, or advertisement), you may enter it on any page. The discount code will change all prices automatically on the page the discount code was entered. *Discount codes are case sensitive* To receive discount codes and coupons sign up for our newsletter on our Home Page. Returns & Exchanges
We strive to have all our customers fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not we are more than happy to issue you a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of Organic Products and also to protect you the customer, we request that you contact us within 15 days of receipt. At which point we will give you a return code to include in your package. All items must be given a return code in order for a refund or exchange, and to ensure they are processed properly and efficiently. All items returned to us without a return code will not be accepted.
In order for items to be returned or exchange they must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, and free of any odors. Original tags must be attached, and packaging and shrink wrap must be intact, and include all parts. Returned items that do not meet these qualifications will not be accepted.
Items that are not returnable include Spa Baby Tub,Pacifiers and all teethers, Bottles and Bottle accessories,Sippy Cups, Diapers, Nursing Pads, Soaps and Lotions, due to hygienic reasons.
Discontinued Items and sale items are final sale. Please note that this also includes items listed on our website or in store with reduced prices.
Dresses from the Sarah Waldo Collection & Whitten Grey are considered Special Occassion Dresses and therefore are final sale.
Items marked 30% off or more are final sale.
Out of Stock Items
On occassion there may be items you order that will be out of stock or arriving soon. If you place an order, and an item is not available, we will contact you and let you know. Telling you that it may be back in stock in a certain period of time or sold out. We will wait to ship your order until the end of the next business day. For example if you place your order Monday night, we check orders tuesday morning, if there is an item not available we will wait to hear back from you until the end of business on Wednesday before we ship your order. We can usually let you know about the status of an item hours after an order is placed. We apologize if this causes any problems. We do not like to mail incomplete orders without notifying our customers first.
Shipping & Handling
The majority of orders will be processed and shipped by the order day or the next business day. We try very hard to get your orders out to you asap.

International Orders may also have addition shipping charges if orders are over 4lbs. We will contact you before shipping if your order goes over 4lbs.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returned items, unless the item is defective.
Shipping charges will be deducted from your return if the original item was shipped to you free of charge.
We use Pay Pal for our online payment processing. If you use a major credit card, you can still use Pay Pal even if you do not have an account. Please be sure that you have the correct address entered. If you find that the wrong address is listed contact us ASAP through e-mail for over the phone. If you would like to pay by check or money order please contact us and we can take your order over the phone. Items will be shipped once your check or money order is received.
