Shipping & Returns

Items ship from our storefront. We strive to ship out items the same day orders are place, but sometimes that may not be possible due to when the order was received or when our mail is collected. If this occurs it will ship out next business day or as soon as possible. 

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, within 30 days for a store credit. Returns are only accepted if they are in new unwashed, unworn condition with tags still attached and free of any odor. In the condition in which you bought it. Items that have arrived sealed or wrapped must remain in that condition in order to be returned.

Items not returnable include pacifiers, teethers, lotions, soaps, diapers, and sippy cups for hygienic reasons. This is to protect the baby in which these items are being bought for.

Special Order Items are not returnable. 

Sale, Discounted and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Ostheimer Wooden Toys, Specialty Wooden Toys (Grapat, etc), Carriers & Wraps, and Seasonal items (including prints/designs) are FINAL SALE. 

Shipping Charges for returns or exchanges are not refundable. If an item arrives damaged please Contact Us so that we can resolve the issue. If the item you received shipped free to you, shipping charges will be deducted from your return. 

Canceled orders are charged a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order amount. 

It may take up to 10 days to process your return once it has been delivered back to us. We appreciate your patience.
